Ace Attorney series, Final Fantasy 4 and 12, Suikoden series, Vagrant Story,

Favorite characters & relationships:
Ace Attorney: Pretty much everyone, but as for pairings, Phoenix/Edgeworth, Kristoph/Phoenix, Gumshoe/Maggey, Klavier with Ema or Vera, Apollo with same.
FF4: Kain, Rydia. The Cecil/Rosa/Kain dynamic.
FF12: Again, pretty much everyone. I don't really ship anyone.
Suikoden: Viktor/Flik, Camus/Miklotov, Geddoe's crew, Arshtat/Ferid. Tir and Gremio (and the rest of the McDohls) only platonic.
Vagrant Story: Sydney/Hardin, alone or together.
Will be happy to write any sort of interaction, gen or pairing, with anyone mentioned; it's the characters and dynamic I like, regardless of whether they're romantically involved.

Characters/relationships you're not interested in working with:
Always willing to branch out if a prompt's interesting and I feel familiar enough with the characters involved.

Themes, genres, kinks, etc., that you really enjoy:
Taking things that are already painful and making them more painful. Unhealthy relationships, mental illness/instability, substance abuse, aftermath of terrible events. Just as long as I get to have the characters recover. On the flipside, sitcom-ish humor and slice-of-life vignettes are also fun to write. "What-if" scenarios where one little thing changes from canon can also be interesting, or plugging plot holes. (Unfortunately they sometimes spawn things so long I would not have the story done by the time this round is over...)

Any themes, genres, kinks, etc., that you'd particularly like to avoid:
Rape, incest (including not-quite-incest like Gremio/Tir or Edgeworth/Franziska), PWP. I don't mind sexual situations as long as the story is about more than the porn.

What kind of prompts do you like best?
Scenarios are good. Prompts that can be interpreted as gen or a pairing are excellent, and "what-ifs" as mentioned above.

FFXII prompt

Ashe/Basche (gen or sexual) - she'd like to pretend she doesn't need him but he's a habit she can't seem to break herself of.

Suikoden III prompt

Post-Suikoden III. Geddoe's secrets have been revealed and Aila has joined the team. Bishop Sasarai, possibly taking advantage of his new knowledge of Geddoe's connections in the Grasslands, sends them on a special mission (that may or may not be nefariously related to continued Harmonian designs on the Grasslands).

Or maybe something less heavy dealing with their post III lives, with Aila learning the ropes of being a mercenary, the team continuing to react to possible repercussions of Geddoe's past and True Rune, the ongoing rivalry with Duke and his team, and other day to day bits of mercenary life both sweet and bittersweet (either way, some booze might be involved).

What-if: Kain does not go to Mount Ordeals after the game, but instead returns to Baron with Cecil and Rosa. Are there repercussions in Baron, letting Kain come back -- how does Baron view Kain and Cecil, anyway? Are both traitors? Kain is a man of Baron, and Cecil is not; is there any unrest? How does Rosa deal with Kain's presence, his feelings (for her OR Cecil OR both!~), on top of the challenges of becoming a Queen? What will Kain's role be in the new kingdom? How do they all deal with each other?

Suikoden 5 fic

Arshtat/Ferid, a fic about them initially falling in love, maybe with a focus on the tournament Ferid had to win for her hand would be super cool. Bonus points for illicit, sneaking-around-before-even-confirming-they'd-be-married sex, but not necessary.

Suikoden 2

Camus/Miklotov, Takes place after that horrible battle where civilians are being killed by Luca Blight, but the knights are ordered to do nothing. Miklotov is understandably upset about this, and they both deal with the fallout together.

FFIV

What if Kain's brainwashing isn't broken in the Tower of Zot, and he runs off with Golbez, still under his master's thrall? Preferably terrible things! :D What happens with Rosa's rescue? Does Golbez go on an underground crystal-grabbing spree while the party has no idea where he is? What dark things go on in Kain's mind during all this? Does he ever break free?

What if....when Kain is once again controlled by Golbez in the Sealed Cave, he takes Rydia with him as well as the crystal? From there, feel free to take it anywhere (creepy/horrible is awesomesauce, pairing or gen as desired). How would that tip the scales for the Giant? Would Rydia end up converted to Golbez's side, or would she find a way to leave? If the latter, does she take Kain with her?

Suikoden V. What if Freyjadour was present in the throne room, and the Sun Rune chose him as its next bearer? Would having watched Arshtat's struggle with the Rune affect how he would deal with it himself? Would he still acquire the Dawn Rune, and if so how much would having just the one of that pair affect his stability?

(I know you didn't list Freyjadour/The Prince for Suiko V, but the combination of mental illness/instability, aftermath of terrible events and what-ifs made this spring to mind).

FFXII / Vagrant Story: What if Balthier ended up in VS!era Ivalice, rather than FFT!era?

Balthier and Sydney seem like they would have a lot in common: maybe too much to get along smoothly to start with-- but I'm curious what would happen if they had a common goal they needed to work together towards (an Occuria in VS!Ivalice? Getting Balthier back to his "proper" time period?)

I'd like gen between Sydney and Balthier for preference, but mostly because I wouldn't exactly say no to background Sydney/Hardin if you were so inclined. ;)
