Do you write, draw, or both?: both!

Fandoms you're excited about right now:
Tales of Vesperia
Assassin's Creed 2
The Last Remnant
Dragon Age: Origins
World of Warcraft

Favorite characters & relationships:
Assassin’s Creed 2: Ezio & Leonardo da Vinci.
Tales of Vesperia: Yuri & Flynn.
The Last Remnant: David & Rush, Emma, Emmy, Emma & Torgal, Caedmon.
Dragon Age Origins: Alistair, Zevran, Wynne, Sten, Shale, Morrigan, player character of your choice.
For World of Warcraft, I prefer art prompts-- it's a big world, suggest anything you love or want to see!

Characters/relationships you're not interested in working with:
Dragon Age Origins: Liliana
Tales of Vesperia: Karol

Themes, genres, kinks, etc., that you really enjoy:
wings, respect, vampires, soulbonding (involuntary and unwanted or not), close friendship, adorable romance, loyalty, kismesis, power dynamics and power imbalance, UST, going from UST to being requited, demons, being on opposite sides while still caring deeply about one another, asexuality in a romantic relationship, asexuality being respected in a romantic poly relationship with people who are sexual, dubcon, sex pollen/aphrodisiac, slavery, difficult (or easy) bargains made for sexual favors, ownership, knights (comrades in arms) and knights owing allegiance to their masters.

Any themes, genres, kinks, etc., that you'd particularly like to avoid:
zombies, gore, underage sex, pregnancy, children.

What kind of prompts do you like best?
I’m up for crossovers of any of the fandoms I listed with any of the others, and some AUs-- I like AU prompts like “if X were a vampire” or “set in the Old West” or “X is a demon summoned by Y for Z reason.” I would prefer to be given both an art prompt and a writing prompt option for anything you suggest, so I can choose the one that works best for me! If you think the writing prompt works as an art prompt too, that’s fine, just say so.

For writing prompts, you can give me a few words or a scenario and character names, or a song lyric, or link to a song-- I'm pretty open here!

For art prompts, the same things apply, but I'd love it if you could also suggest the colors and/or time of day that you associate with the characters and scene in question... and also pick a type of flower, flavor or gemstone, if it fits. If you can suggest one from each category, great! I dig Art Nouveau and those details would really help me out if I go the Art Nouveau route.

prompting information, now obsolete )

PROMPTING IS NOW CLOSED.

Writers/artists, things to remember:

  • You may start working on a prompt as soon as inspiration strikes, and you may post it whenever it's done. Please post directly to [community profile] newgameplus instead of just linking elsewhere; feel free to crosspost anywhere you like.

  • You do not have to write/draw for every single prompt you get. If there's only one that excites you, just do that one. If you want to attempt several, awesome! If life gets on top of you and it turns out you can't complete any, we'll be sorry but it's okay. (If something comes up before May 21 and you know you will definitely not be able to fill prompts, please let me know so I can get your profile out of active circulation and redirect prompters elsewhere.)

  • The posting round will "officially" last until June 18: during that time all prompts made to your profile are exclusively yours to work on. If you're still working on something after June 18, please feel free to post it late; the not-yet-filled prompts will be made available to other people that weekend, but you are still welcome to fill them yourself.

  • If at any point you feel overwhelmed by the number of prompts on your profile and need to call a time out, just ping me and I'll edit your profile to say your prompt inventory is full.

  • If you post on the Archive of Our Own, please consider adding your work to the collection for this challenge round; you can hit "post to collection" from that page, or put newgame_reverse2011 in the collections/challenges field of the posting form. (If you don't have an account on the AO3 but would like one, you can add yourself to the invite queue and get an invite from the archive within a few days, or PM [personal profile] cypher with an email address and I'll send you one directly; I have a few invites specifically for NG+ purposes.)
